Created entirely remotely, the track began with Jess recording fragments of piano and vocal ideas at home, which Adam then transformed into a fully realised piece - producing, arranging and reshaping them into the immersive world of 'Sweater'. By sampling and reworking Jessica's vocals, he builds rich, evolving textures that form the sonic backbone of the song. Jess's lead vocal then sits a top mirroring the lyrics of heartbreak with fragility and tenderness.
